Assist in the development of design details construction documents
Coordinate drawings with drawings of other disciplines
Coordinate specifications with drawings to meet project requirements
Participate in construction administration including responding to RIFS preparing sketches and addendums visiting the construction site to gather information
Prepare presentation drawings and otherwise assist in presentations both internally externally
Research information and create graphics for inclusion in marketing proposals materials
Performs work on basic defined segments of a project, under continuous interaction with supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contributes to general preparation of design and construction documents and models.
Exhibits understanding of general project design philosophy relating to assigned work.
Exhibits understanding of basic building materials, details, and construction techniques.
Contributes to team effort through the spirit of cooperation.
Performs project documentation and presentation work, including developing construction details and notational drawing information (dimensions, schedules, notes).
Coordinates and integrates work with other project team members under the guidance of the assigned supervisor.
Demonstrates working knowledge of local office standards, policies and procedures.
Actively supports compliance with BIM/CAD project standards and procedures.

Completion of five or six-year architectural degree program.
One-year experience in the architectural profession preferred.
Demonstrated introductory level of knowledge and abilities in documentation, design, technology, and architectural history.
Professional proficiency in AutoCAD and functional proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Professional proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs, and Photoshop desired.
