- Confirm the working hours and the menu items
- Brief the restaurant managers about the KPI’s for performance measurement
- Welcome the vendors and set them live
- Conduct coaching calls to restaurants’ managers based on the analysis above in which they discuss any current issue that might be affecting the restaurant’s performance and provide solutions to enhance their KPI’s.
- Keep track of performance history and follow up on the restaurant performance in the future.
- Document the outcome and the analysis feedback.
- Escalate and take action whenever needed.
- Report the daily outcome of the direct manager.
