A Multinational Pharmaceutical Company is hiring a Sales Manager for Oncology to be reponsibile for Egypt with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Market Access & Marketing team in the prelaunch plan &execution (TA engagement, segmentation & targeting market feedback &competition) of the upcoming launches
- Align with the Distribution for the availability & dispensing to the patients through different dispensing sites
- Achieve the excellence in execution of product lunching phase in Egypt
- Recommend training, assistance, appraisal, motivation and development to subordinates to help them achieve their sales targets
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as sales manager in Oncology
- People Management Experience is obligatory
- Fluency in English is a must
